Based on information contained in the case study and the Smith article, complete the assignment template preparing the following information:

  1. Conduct a SWOT analysis of Waste Management, Inc. that assesses the company’s strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities. (Your submission should consist of a 2×2 SWOT image that is populated with bullets + 500 words supplemental text that describes your image and its context)
  2. If Waste Management were seeking to pursue an incremental change model, what should its priorities be and why? How would these priorities change if it were to pursue a transformational change model? (100 words)
  3. Which stakeholders would you engage to implement sustainability priorities for transformational change in Waste Management? (50 words)
