It started small: a couple of us were the "ask them, they're good at coding" friends in our own classes. Helping people debug their assignments at midnight became a habit, then a small side project, then something we realized we could actually do properly for students who needed it.
Now it's a proper team — tutors and developers across languages, data science, security, and systems — but the vibe hasn't changed. We still want you to actually understand your assignment, not just hand something in.
We judge ourselves on the simple stuff: did it work, did we explain it clearly, did it arrive when we said it would. That's really the whole job.
